It would be very foolish for me to guarantee that I will generate a specific number of leads or appointments per day, or even across the whole campaign. What I can guarantee, is that I will make a minimum of 100 calls per day and with the right preparation, attitude and this level of activity, you would be in a good position to uncover a number of opportunities.

I deliver my calls Monday and Friday between 9am – 1pm and then 2pm to 5pm.

Call recording is something that I don’t currently offer as my business model is about keeping the calling costs right down. If call recording is something you want, then I’d be happy to discuss how that could be implemented.

Yes, I am able to log onto your system remotely and also I am able to use any CRM system you use. I have experience with Workbooks, Act, Goldmine and FiveCRM.

Unfortunately, due to my business model I am unable to work from client’s offices.

Unless I am using your organisations CRM system, I record my calls on a very simple spreadsheet. Through the duration of the time we work together, I will put any appointments or leads on separate sheets so they can be managed accordingly.

Yes, I deliver all calls personally and I do not outsource any of my client work to other telemarketers or organisations. In the event of me not being able to handle a project, I have a number of partners I can refer you to.

For telemarketing to be truly effective, it really is a case of the more you do, the better the results.

As such, I’ve set my fees so that hopefully, organisations can justify doing as many days as possible.

An optimum length could be between 5 and 10 days.
